Instructions: 1: Simply slide the collar or collars if making multiple skirts up the removable cone onto the barrel. 2: Remove cone and insert pull wire through the barrel attach your choice of skirt layers onto the pull wire. 3: Pull layers into barrel around the half way mark or to your desired lenght. 4: Roll collar onto the skirts layers, pull layers out of the barrel, remove pull hook from layers and trim ends to complete your new skirt. |
